While we bring a coach approach into all the work we do, we know that sometimes leaders need dedicated one-on-one coaching to help them achieve their goals. Our team of coaches are highly experienced and unique in their own rights. The coach-client relationship is a personal one, and we are happy to offer our clients choice and best fit for their coaching needs.

Meet the High Impact Lab coaches

Sue Matheson, CPCC

Sue brings over 30 years of experience working with CEOs and Executives to her coaching practice.  Her style is more of a coach/mentor. She loves challenging her clients to set bigger goals and visions for their impact, and asking them reflection questions that expand their thinking and perspective. She balances her coaching with mentorship through sharing experiences that she has accumulated throughout the years.

Erin Sills, MA ABC, PCC

As a coach, Erin works with Executives who want to increase their impact through insight, challenge and deep curiosity. While Erin works mostly with executive teams in team coaching, she also works with a few motivated leaders each year to help them increase their impact and lead in a bold (and uniquely them!) way.

Cheryl Cameron, CEC, ICF

Cheryl approaches coaching conversations with curiosity, compassion, empathy and an action-oriented mindset to help her clients’ overcome challenges, achieve their goals and meet their full potential. Her passion for helping others become the best version of themselves shines through in her coach approach where she creates a safe space for leaders to grow, evolve and find their own solutions.

Camilla Burgess, CPCC, ACC

Camilla’s focus as a coach is helping leaders become more compelling and articulate communicators and speakers. Camilla believes that our voice, happiness and success are inseparable. In her coaching she combines careful listening, acceptance, enthusiasm, and challenge to help all her clients reach their maximum potential.

Philip Edgell

Phil’s coaching philosophy starts with his belief that success happens at the intersection of a plan, people and an operating rhythm. Phil uses a “coach/mentor” approach where he combines his 20+ years of executive experience in developing and implementing strategy with powerful questions that helps his clients pause, reflect and move into clear action.

Erica Groschler, MA

Erica has been coaching leaders for 20+ years. She uses a “consultative” coaching approach where she draws on her decades of consulting experience and knowledge of tools/models to create a robust conversation. Her clients love how practical and applied she is and appreciate how she customizes her approach to each of them. She has an innate ability to balance curiosity and empathy, with directness in a way that both supports and challenges her clients to reach new levels.

Matt Jackson, ACC, CEC

Matt brings 25+ years of international business experience, including leadership roles in five Olympic Games, to his coaching practice.  His approach is to help his clients gain the insights, perspective, and self-awareness that is critical to leadership growth and lasting change. His clients find his style direct yet encouraging, and empathetic yet challenging.

Debra Innes, PCC

As a coach, Debra helps her clients stand strong in who they are so they can confidently and capably lead themselves and others to a place of wellness and performance. Debra is skilled at meeting her clients where they are (with compassion), while simultaneously stretching and inspiring them toward a high bar of what is possible.

Leah K Marks, Counsellor, MC, RCC, CCC

Leah combines her background in counselling with a unique coach approach to support leaders in assessing career opportunities and transition.  She helps her clients explore their interests, thinking habits, emotions and core strengths to help them build greater confidence in decision-making and potential career changes. She also brings experience working with neurodiverse clients and can help leaders navigate their own neurodiversity or that of those they lead.

Lauren MacKinnon, PCC

With a keen focus on partnering with executives to enhance their leadership capabilities and foster success, Lauren brings a wealth of experience and insight to her coaching practice.  Leveraging her strong foundation in values-driven leadership and drawing upon two decades of diverse experience, including her role as COO of a leading structural engineering firm, Lauren is adept at guiding executives towards greater effectiveness.

Michele Matthews, CPHR,  SHRM-SCP, CEC

Michele brings both C-Suite and Board Director experience to her coaching practice. She loves partnering with clients who are committed to exploring long held assumptions and stories that may be preventing them in taking their leadership to the next level. Her clients value how her curiosity and intuition can take a conversation in a completely different direction that they anticipated, inspiring them to shift habits and behaviors and take actions that they had not considered before.

Alexandra Phizicky, PCC, CEC

For Alex, authenticity is the foundation of strong leadership, and she is committed to helping her clients explore this. Her approach to coaching is to support her clients as they stretch into new roles, deepen their understanding of themselves, and clarify the kind of leader they want to be for others. Her clients value her curiosity, her compassionate yet transparent approach, and her intuitive ability to deepen their self-understanding.
