Kristann Boudreau, BSc, MRM
RESEARCHER
Thought Integrator. Communicator. Way-Paver.
-
Kristann has always been a multi-disciplinary thinker, so it’s no surprise her career has taken twists and turns. Her masters degree in environmental science and policy initially launched her into the realm of corporate environmental sustainability. She spent several years working in a crown corporation, experiencing first-hand the challenges of working in a large organization – but also learning how to successful span boundaries and siloes.
Her fascination with people dynamics soon led her into the world of multi-stakeholder decision-making, where she first witnessed the impact of skilled group facilitation. She went on to pursue her own development in the areas of facilitation, training, and coaching. She also shifted to working in the consulting sector, and co-authored the book “Coaching for Engagement.”
As a voracious reader and lifelong learner, she has invested heavily in her own continuing education in the areas of personal effectiveness, leadership effectiveness and organizational effectiveness. Over time, she has come to realize that her preferred way to contribute is ‘backstage,’ supporting skilled consultants to do their best work with their clients. She uses her research abilities and learning design skills to support the design of cutting-edge leadership development programs and tailored organizational development interventions.
In her personal life, it has now been 15 years since she and her husband welcomed their son into their lives. As a neurodivergent child, he has spurred Kristann to grow personally in ways she might not have otherwise. She lives with her family in North Vancouver near Deep Cove.
